Description The purpose of this service is to provide Standard Operating Environment design and image deployment mechanisms for Desktop and Notebook PCs. This allows for a common ‘look and feel’ for PCs within the organisation through the use of one or more standard configurations and application sets. Business Functions Supported/Enabled More efficient and effective end-user access to business IT systems and services, plus the ability to more easily and quickly deploy PCs and recover to a known point in fault situations. |

Description The purpose of this service is to provide Level 2 and Level 3 Desktop Support on site in customer’s offices or using remote control tools from Moncrieff’s office. Desktop Support Service involves the provision of support to Desktop/Laptop users that cannot be provided through Help Desk Services due to the nature of the request. It aims to remove partially or entirely the need for the customer to maintain the capabilities and resources required to deliver the service successfully Business Functions Supported/Enabled End-user access to business IT systems and services |
