Description

The purpose of this service is to provide the Customer with Level 1 – 2 support for nominated network equipment. It also provides for escalation and ongoing management of Level 3 incidents to the manufacturer by Moncrieff technical resources. The service includes access to software and technical documentation related to nominated equipment. This service is designed to ensure that the customers network equipment is reliable and performing at the highest possible levels.
