Description:

The purpose of this service is to provide Level 1 Help Desk (Service Desk) support to all customer users. The service is designed to provide customer 's with timely, efficient and high quality telephone support. It aims to remove partially or entirely the need for the Customer to provide this service in-house.

Help Desk Services provide support related to typical Level 1 issues involving common Microsoft operating system and Office applications, as well as common printing, resource access and IT related enquiries and service requests.

Business Functions Supported/Enabled:

Client access to all IT systems and services.
End-user applications.
