Did you know...
- there is a more efficient and effective way to easily and quickly deploy
PCs and recover to a known point in fault situations?
- deployment of PCs can take several hours without a Standard Operating Environment (SOE)?

Businesses never like downtime. We are so reliant on computers these days that computer crashes highly affect our business. Whilst an SOE will not prevent your computers from crashing, it will make it a lot easier to get your machine back up and running.
An SOE is a consistent standard disk image that is deployed to more than one computer in an organisation. This image includes the operating system, such as Windows 7, with service pack(s) and all of the standard applications and consistent computer hardware of the same configuration used within an organisation.
Our solution?
We develop SOEs for any type of business; but generally businesses with either 30+ machines or busainess that run critical applications benefit most from an SOE. With an SOE, the time taken to deploy and configure a new computer is greatly reduced with a minimal level of fuss. There is also less downtime on machines requiring repair. And by reducing downtime, you increase staff productivity and lower your repair bill. Reloading all applications on your computer can be done in a matter of minutes with an SOE, as opposed to hours.
Consider developing an SOE if you are experiencing computer errors, cannot afford to lose your computer with your specific settings and applications for more than a couple of hours and if you want to avoid paying ad hoc repair bills.
In addition, we can provide the following services related to desktop client services:
Desktop support service The purpose of this service is to provide Level 2 and Level 3 desktop support onsite in customers' offices or using remote control tools from Moncrieff’s office. Desktop support service involves the provision of one of our staff or contractors to support desktop/laptop users that cannot be provided through helpdesk services due to the nature of the request. It aims to remove partially or entirely the need for the customer to maintain the capabilities and resources required to deliver the service successfully. We provide desktop support services at a minimum of one full day.
Desktop IMAC service The purpose of this service is to provide for the installation, moving, addition or change of desktop systems within the customer's environment.
Desktop hardware maintenance The purpose of this service is to provide for hardware repair and or replacement through an extended warranty or adhoc replacement of desktop and notebook PC components.
