The service includes access to software and technical documentation related to nominated equipment. This service is designed to ensure that the customers network equipment is reliable and performing at the highest possible levels.
Network infrastructure design and implementation service
The purpose of this service is to provide network infrastructure design and implementation as required that would ensure the customer's network services would be reliable and performing at the highest possible levels.
Network infrastructure support services
The purpose of this service is to supply Level 1 – 3 support for network equipment and related services. It is designed to ensure that the customer network services are reliable and performing at the highest possible levels.
